Our firm has successfully been providing beautiful interior landscaping to homes and businesses for over 35 years.
There is a skill to managing the business of interior plantscaping that encompasses not only knowledge of horticulture, but the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and technicians. A relationship is established and a well-seasoned interior plantscaping Customer Service Manager coordinates the needs of the clients with the talents of the plantscaping team. This is done through quality control visits, technician training, account management, add-on sales and many other capabilities that come with the trade.
Our ideal candidate has at least 1 year of interior plantscaping/horticulture experience AND 1 year of customer service/account management experience. Must have excellent communication skills that includes an innate sense of customer service and top-notch computer skills with knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Cloud-based CRM rounds out this position.
