This is a very versatile job and you must have excellent organizational
skills, be a self-motivator and have customer service and managerial
experience. One aspect of your job title is a Customer Service
Supervisor in which you are responsible for keeping our clients
satisfied at all times, this includes making scheduled quality control
visits, handling all customer service calls and following up with
technicians to ensure that problems are resolved professionally and
promply. The second part of the job is managing the technicians. This
requires scheduling: routes, vacations, and sick days. You must have
interviewing and hiring skills. This job is very challenging, yet very
rewarding. Plant knowledge would be a big help. You have the
